We were joined by two very special guests to discuss Child Protective Services and Parental Rights. Although these two notable figures live great distances apart, their noble goals are remarkably similar. Nancy Schaefer and Pam Roach made special appearances on Get Your Justice Live Wednesday April 29, 2009. A common theme that both leaders agreed on is that “CPS is Corrupt.”

Nancy Schaefer is president of Eagle Forum of Georgia. She served in the Georgia State Senate for four years. She has been a staunch defender of parents’ rights and will also assume the position of Eagle Forum’s National Chairman of Parents’ Rights. She is president of Family Concerns, Inc. and represented Eagle Forum at the Untied Nations conferences in Beijing, Istanbul, Rome and New York. Nancy Schaefer is well-known for a scathing report titled “The Corrupt Business of Child Protective Services” that was originally released on November 16, 2007 and later updated on September 25, 2008. State Senator Pam Roach continues to serve in the Washington State Senate for 19 years. In the year 2000, Senator Roach and her son Representative Dan Roach became the first mother/son duo to represent the same district at the same time. Throughout her years of service she has represented the U.S. in East Timor for the International Republican Institute; hosted a radio talk show on KIRO in Seattle; and is founder of an NGO in Honduras among other accomplishments. As Judiciary chair she authored landmark bills on juvenile justice and DUI. Senator Roach chaired the Children and Family Services Committee and continues to advocate for children and parental rights. This year Senator Roach chaired a special legislative committee to shine light on the lack of accountability and trampling of parental rights by the Child Protective Services. She continues to demand accountability within Child Protective Services today.

I am a victm of the Fraud, waste and abuse of the CPS in North San Diego county, I believe her name was Alice Gonzalos that took my statements. I called the CPS and it took several attempts to get them to respond. They dd not take the child but accussed me of abuse after I backed up my story with pictures taken of my son a few days before and the day after my ex-wife attacked me. I got back from a 17 month deployment to KOSOVO. This destroyed my careers with the phone co and the Nat’l Guard amd has put me through incredibly high stress for the past 3 years. Always being accussed of actions that I had no idea of what I was charged with. I try to explain and seek understanding and nobody believes me except those that have encountered the same thing/or very similiar expeiriences. As I hear some of the stories on the Show, I am comforted to know that I am not out of the ordinary-but do see the tremendous unjustice and Fear in the CPS. Please help the citizens of this country and change-save the children.

I am an American refugee in Canada who rescued my son, then age 7, from CPS organized crime trafficking in chidlren. My son, my only child, was kidnapped at age 6 after a referral from his school because I refused to put him on Ritalin for a “disorder” ADHD that I do not believe exists. I am against psyche drugs for children and I believe Psychiatry is a pseudo-science, a fraud, and a cover for persecution of politically incorrect persons. My son was put in an institution, Eastfield Ming Quong, in California. He was put on 4 – 5 dangerous psyche meds. He was physically and emotionally abused by psycho homosexuals and was told he was “disabled” and that I didn’t want to see him. I rescued him and we came to Canada but two months later the FBI paid the RCMP a half million $$ of the taxpayers money to apprehend us. They again ripped my son kicking and screaming from my arms. He remains in California foster care 10 years later. I finally got to talk to my son on the phone a few times, and we told each other the deepest truth. Again, they told my son he was disabled and that I ddn’t want to see him. I told him the truth, that the court put me in jail twice each time Ï tried to reunite with him. I was beaten, then thrown out on the street at midnight rendering me homeless. The court put a restraining order on me not to go near my son. I told my son the whole truth. He is 16 now and his birthday is in a few weeks. He wants to tell the judge the whole truth – that he was never abused by his mom but by these creepy strangers employees of the state. The social worker is in a panic fearing the loss of her job and possible jail for perjury, fraud and racketeering. She called my sister in NY and said she could have my son if she will not tell me about it. My sister said that is not possible = our family does not operate like that. And my sister questioned why they began phone calls between me and my son only to abruptly end them causing us all more emotional pain. CPS is the worst holocaust of children and mothers since WWII which my dad fought against the nazis only to have his children and grandchildren persecuted by the very people he fought to save. My social worker (a Vietnamese immigrant) is on a rampage against the very Americans who allowed her into this country.
The Attorney said this was the worse case he has had—involving 4 troubled confused children.
The judge has not followed the law. Safety, health, wellbeing and protection should be number one,
The child sexual abuser has more rights to the children and to protection. WHY?
An intervention needs to happen- still looking for thos with heart enough to care and act on protecting these children we love and want to see that their needs are met for now and future.
The forensic psych said a homicide could happen–no surprise! Wasted lives are not ecceptable.
Leaving children at risk is criminal. YES, criminal has been said in court- no accountability.
Child Protective Services aka CPS is corrupt to the core. The basic premise – that the State is a better parent – allows CPS to kidnap babies and children and send them to foster homes, where it has been proven they will most likely be abused, and all will suffer the trauma of being ripped from their families and the world that they knew.
CPS operates the same way all over the world. They latch onto the rare case of parental abuse, and use it to portray all parents as abusers or potential abusers. CPS doesn’t care if a few social workers get sacked because of Baby P publicity. It all works out in their favour because – as has been proven time and again – such cases cause a dramatic increase in reports of child abuse, as well as an increase in government intervention, laws, and funding for CPS.
Never before in history has there been an agency – or rather an industry – with such power, doing such harm to the most defenceless and innocent victims: children and families, most of whom have little if any resources. CPS controls the media, and has no qualms about lying, perjurying, fabricating evidence, extortion, violating the highest laws of the land, and engaging in whatever criminal behavior they need to in order to accomplish their goal: stealing as many children and babies as possible.
It’s not just about the money. Anyone involved in CPS, whether it be Dr. Charles Smith – the forensic pediatrician who sent innocent parents to jail for murder – or the countless social workers, psychologists, and so on who make up the Child Protection Industry, are sick, twisted individuals, who truly despise family bonds, and seek to destroy the foundation of civilization.
CPS is very adept at propaganda. Only by constantly exposing their lies and criminal activity do we have a chance at winning this war. And it truly is a war. Its battlefields are full of children, dead, wasted, hopeless and lost. Parents, suicidal, depressed beyong hope, dead by their own hands or the hands of the State, that finds any and every excuse to incarcerate them. Families, ripped apart in the most brutal way. Humanity, turned into an Orwellian nightmare, where mothers and children are hunted down by the vast power of the State, because they dare to flee from the ruthless, bloodthirsty clutches of CPS.

I was a victim of a violent crime. James E. Painter had stolen my identity, drained my bank accounts and then tried to kill me. I was left in critical condition for 6 days.
After a year fighting in court to seek Justice James Painter was not hold accountable for his crimes against me but a Judge ruled that LA COUNTY Dept of Children and Families Services were to assist my son and I with DV assistance to help relocate us.
LA COUNTY DCFS wrote me a letter denying me DV assistance stating I was disabled therefore I did not qualify for DV Assistance.
I went to CPS (not knowing of the corruption) to asked them to enforce the court order against DCFS.
In return my only son (and family member) at age 6 was kidnapped by CPS. 6 weeks later he was raped by foster dad and is forced to take dangerous drugs to keep his silence.
It took me 3 years to get a trial in Dependency Court to testify against CPS. Two hours later I was kidnapped by LA COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT put in jail for 6 weeks without a warrant or without committing a crime. I was beaten, told to keep my mouth shut and Judge Downing TPR for my son all to prevent me from testifying against CPS

CPS is corrupt throughout our country. Perhaps the most guilty state is the state of Tennessee. Here is my story. My ex-wife has never liked the fact I had joint custody of our two children and for years has tried to set me up. My youngest son ended up with some bruise on his back (I have no clue where it came from) and she involved CPS who accused me of child abuse. This despite the fact my oldest child said it never happened (because it didn’t). This kind of thing happens again and again and they don’t care. I started a petition a couple of months ago and would like to encourage you to read it and I hope sign it but read through the stories people have written about their own experience. Dear You’re Honor,
I am Logan Robinson’s paternal Grandmother; Beverly Robinson I heard that you made your decision, about terminating my son John Robinson rights to his son Logan Robinson. I just cannot believe that with all the evidence that we had about the DHHS lying, scheming, manipulating this whole thing, that you made that kind of decision. I had written you in the past and told you the very first day that my grandson Logan was put in that foster home, the DHHS told the foster parents that they could adopt my grandson Logan. Not only that, if the foster parents want children, there is plenty of kids out there that want a place to call home. Of course they want infants, just like the one Hoffman’s recently adopted, she is a parent for the first time, and I certainly have more experience than her, yet I am denied to me a grandmother of my grandson. You talk about a slap in the face, especially that the Hoffman’s live only 10 or 15 minutes away from my home, how do you think how I feel knowing that. And the fact is which is it, because he is an attorney, and he makes more money than me, I guess money talks. Oh, by the way, just for the record, on my visits with my grandson Logan I would see a pacifier in Logan’s mouth, he is going on 2 years old and they are still giving him a pacifier that is ridiculous, what just to shut him up and ruin his teeth. Don’t you think he is too old for a pacifier? Oh!! That’s right they know more than me. The DHHS had an agenda right from the beginning. They have tried to sabotage my son about doing the program that they ask him to do, which he was doing, every time he would complete one program that the DHHS would ask him to do another, they would find something else for John to do. Just like AWAP, that should had been done at the beginning of all this, not at the end. You know and I know the truth, the DHHS purposely dragged this whole thing out just to say that my grandson has been with the Hoffman’s for a long time. I just cannot believe that you cannot see what the DHHS has done. My son John and I have been seeing Logan on regular bases. Yes, don’t you think that we have feelings, your Honor, all three of us have gotten close, and you are pulling the rug out from under us? I always thought when a person does something wrong and they are trying to straighten their lives out,
they should not get punish for it. After all I do give my son John credit for standing up to the plate, and taking responsibility for his mistakes, to error is human.
It is more than what I can say for the mother (Tina) of Logan. She is the one that gave up, not my son. Like I said, before, I give my son credit, he could have done the same thing and he did not. Most men would have walked away from it, not him, he loves his son, and I love my
grandson too. I always thought when a family member, such as me, wants to take care of my biological grandchild, that the family should come first. Well I can see this is not justice, it is corruption. And I always thought the law would always see the truth. I guess it is blind justice.
Your Honor, were does that leave me as Logan’s grandmother. Your are telling me that I will never ever see my grandson again, don’t you think we are in pain about your decision? Don’t you think that you are hurting my grandson too, when he does become ten or early teens that he is going to ask questions about his biological family. I know one thing is, that you can never take away, me being Logan’s Grandmother, because until the day he dies he will always have my blood know matter what.
Nancy called me today (11-3-09) on voting day no less, a day that we will never forget. She called me about a meeting on Friday (11-6-09) at the DHHS to see Logan to say our last goodbyes. Nothing like adding salt to the wound, don’t you think that if we see Logan that it will be very painful for us, that I will fall apart over it.
When and if he does look us up, I will tell him that we fought like hell to get him with his own family. How do you think he is going to feel about that, that the system let him down or corruption?
I am putting a piece that I found on the internet, about a US Senator Nancy Schaefer, in Georgia. A lot of people know what is going on in the DHHS. And the system is putting a blind eye to it. I give Nancy Schaefer credit and seeing how the system is corruptive, all because of the almighty dollar. It is discussing to think that innocent families and innocent children are put in this kind of situation, all because the DHHS will get bonuses for each child that they adopt out.
Which, is $4000.00 for each child, for a special needs child the DHHS gets an extra $2000.00 more, and the social worker, that adopts a child out also get extra bonus for vacation time. Yes, I believe this because I am going through it myself. The only ones that do not believe this is the
ones that are not walking in our shoes. Well I have firsthand experience, now I know how innocent families feel, you don’t know until you been there.
Yes, you’re Honor as I am writing this letter, I am crying over this wrong decision that you had made.
I am very sorry for telling you this, but I am angry, upset, and emotional about me not ever seeing my grandson again. Turn the tables around, how would you feel if someone takes your grandchild away from you. I hope you can understand the pain I am going through. I will never ever forget my grandson Logan!!! He will always be in my heart and on my mind.

This is the letter that I sent to the judge the other day. US Senator Nancy Schafer is my Hero!!! and Senator Pam Roach is my hero!!!!!! It is just to bad that the rest of the Senators and Congress do the same thing.
Obviously, they do not have the backbone that the two women have. These two women have the backbone then all of the Senators and Congress put together.
We are having a issue that needs to be addressed but cannot get anyone to help or listen we are trying to adopt our Grandson who has been in the foster care system for two years we didn’t even know the we had a grandson till june of this year I have some glitches in my past . please contact me thanks Marlynn
